Join our gal Lindsay as she breaks down the basics needed in every yoga practice. In this workshop, you will develop the hows and whys of yoga basics with individualized attention on how to move into postures safely and effectively through feeling and seeing. This workshop will cover modifications for various postures to ease your body into trying a regular yoga practice without feeling like you are jumping in the deep-end lost, without a life raft. Props will be incorporated as needed and you will learn how to use the props to aid the body in finding a safe stretch while also creating a rewarding challenge. You’ll leave feeling confident to continue your growth of your yoga practice into your life in a group class setting.
This workshop is recommended for beginners but open to all levels.
