Over the years, I’ve used several PT clinics, and CC’s is by far the best. Calvin helped me through a pretty awful frozen shoulder experience, even when I had a setback, and I credit him with the improved function I have now. The staff are friendly and professional, and love what they do. I also highly recommend their strength training classes - Kaidra did an amazing job teaching and pushing me to do more than I thought I could. Finally, I love their focus on client and community wellbeing, it’s unusual in healthcare these days.

Dr. Rachel was the best. Listened and went through all my symptoms thoroughly and found the issues I was having with my shoulder. I’m now pain free and sleeping much better than I have in months. Definitely recommend.

Nick is great and has helped me considerably in just a few visits. This place is a gem. All of the staff here are super helpful and friendly. I also love the fact that they do educational activities, although I have not had the chance to attend one yet. This is. It your “average” PT clinic. These guys are on another level. AND they accept my insurance, which is hard to find.

I’m so grateful to have found CC’s Physical Therapy! Dr. Calvin has been incredible in helping me rehab through some chronic issues. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and while some of the treatments aren’t always the most comfortable, they’ve been incredibly effective. He takes the time to answer all my questions and is always patient, even when I’m complaining!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Chloe. She is incredibly supportive and empowering. She made such a positive impact on my pregnancy and postpartum experience. I would recommend everyone consider pelvic floor therapy for this stage of life and, specifically, consider working with Dr. Chloe.

I had knee replacement surgery 12/17/24. My first appointment with Dr. Calvin was on 1/2/2025. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Danielle or Katy you feel welcomed. Michelle will easily guide you through any insurance questions you might have.
I’ve seen Dr. Calvin 8 times through the month of January and can’t even begin to express how much he has helped me so far. There have been days that I struggled and felt like I hit a wall, but he pushed me through all of it. I started off being able to only walk 5 minutes on the treadmill, at a speed of 1.0 and I was shaking and sweating when I stepped off feeling defeated. By the end of January, with a lot of hard work on my own involved too, I was up to an hour on the treadmill with 3 minutes at a speed of 3.0. I’ve been able to learn how to climb stairs, up and down, without having to go one at a time. Sounds like a small thing but that was a huge win!
Dr. Calvin has me doing squats WITH weights, and riding the recumbent bike with a resistance level up to 12 for several minutes.
He knows exactly what you can and can’t do and he will never give you something you can’t handle, even when you think you can’t do it, and trust me I’ve questioned him many times on that.
But, I’ve had great success with his help, and there is no way that I’d be this far in my post op recovery without him. We have been able to get my bend to 128 and my flex to a 2. I have no doubt that by the time I complete my therapy sessions with Dr. Calvin we will succeed in getting my bend past 130, my flex to a zero and who knows what other milestones he will help me achieve along the way! I highly recommend CC’s, the staff is outstanding!

I was referred to CC Physical Therapy by my NP..
CC has such a welcoming staff and atmosphere that I felt comfortable quickly.
My PT was exactly what I needed. Calvin is very skilled in suggesting helpful exercises, encouraging words and physical therapy to help me feel better which is what I needed since I was so uncomfortable.
I feel that I was meant to be at CC's PT to help me on to better health!

Been having an issue with my left neck and shoulder for years -I have tried massage and chiropractic. I have spoken to my dr. And tried muscle relaxers.
Decided to try PT since nothing was helping consistently and PT seems to be the answer I was seeking. I see the PT in Hazen and I always feel so much better after. My pain has decreased. My headaches have lessened and it is worth every penny !! Totally recommend to anyone dealing with consistent issues of pain!

Working with Dr. Calvin Crawford and PT student on lower back/sciatic pain. The staff has made me feel at home and welcomed me so wonderfully, and Calvin took the time to determine and diagnose and ensures the best steps in order to overcome pain, flexibility, range of motion, etc. He takes the time to get to know his clients, their concerns, and doesn’t rush you out. I firmly believe in employing multiple professionals in the care process to obtain various points of view— Calvin is one you should add to your team!

I began seeing Dr. Chloe at CC’s for pelvic floor dysfunction a few months ago and since starting treatment my life has changed. Not only have we been able to work on the dysfunction that I knew about and was having problems with, we also worked on other pieces of the puzzle that impact pelvic floor dysfunction as well. CC’s has a very clean, welcoming environment with the friendliest staff around. I was pleasantly surprised that during my first visit, I was scheduled to speak with their insurance administrator. This was a great opportunity to discuss what they bill to my insurance, what my cost will be, and the timeline to expect with this as well (which almost never happens in a medical facility). I cannot recommend CC’s and Dr. Chloe enough for all of your PT needs!

I am so glad I decided to come to CC’s for PT. All of the front staff is so welcoming and knows me by name. Dr. Kaidra Connor is amazing! She has changed my attitude about going to PT. She is the third PT I have been to with my ACL injury as I was months behind in my progress and possibly needing another surgery. I went to her and we started dry needling, which helped me so much and I have seen a lot of progress with it. I used to hate going to PT but ever since I started going to CC’s and seeing Kaidra, I look forward to going as she is the best and makes you feel so comfortable! I was struggling with my range of motion and I never thought I would hear that I regained it all back. It has been a long year since surgery/recovering and I am finally where I want to be thanks to CC’s! If I could do it all over again I would have chosen to go here right away!! I love Kaidra so much that I have recommended her to my family.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Calvin at CC's Physical Therapy in Bismarck! After suffering from a hip and leg pain during my training for my first marathon, I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to run pain free, let alone complete a marathon. But thanks to Dr. Calvin's expertise, guidance, and personalized care, I was able to recover fully and cross the finish line at the Maah Daah Hey Trail Race for my first-ever marathon.

I highly recommend coming to CCS Physical therapy.
It has been life changing for not only me, but also my wife, son and daughter.
Shortly after starting dry needling and working with Calvin. I was able to stop going to pain management and have not been back since. And that was 4 years ago now.
I highly recommend dry needling and giving a chance over pain medication and surgery.

Fantastic staff and facilities. I’ve gone for hip, neck, back, and knee issues. Every PT I’ve seen has taken the time to understand my issues, treat them, then get me on a program to make sure they don’t reoccur. Front office staff always gets scheduling and insurance perfectly and is happy to see you there.

They were quick to get me in and informed on current therapies. I was already noticing improvement after the first session of dry needling with TENS therapy. I've never had dry needling done in combination with the TENS, but Dr. Geiger informed me that current studies show the combination leads to greater effectiveness, and that was my personal experience. I was sore for the first day, then slept better than I have in years!

I just completed one of the best medical treatment experiences I have ever had. I came to therapy with knee pain that burdened me for 2 plus months. In 3 therapy sessions I am free of pain thanks to Dr. Kaidra Connor’s expert care. If anyone has pain this is the best therapy center to evaluate your needs. I also received instructions on how to care for myself post therapy. I am beyond grateful for the expertise and care and recommend it for anyone with pain issues whatever that might be.

They have a modern and well-outfitted location, and the staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. I certainly like being greeted by my first name when I arrive. Dr. Kaidra Connor is a knowledgable and skilled professional and has been a huge part of my knee replacement post-op success. Dr. kaidra listened well and tailored a personalized treatment plan to address my specific needs. Dr. Kaidra is a positive influence and a good motivator.

I highly recommend CCs, I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and care they provide. Dr Kaidra has helped me get back to my pre-accident lifting numbers after having shoulder surgery for an AC joint separation. She was also able to help with my chronic hip and back pain that I was dealing with for about 2 years from cycling.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chloe since I was about 6 months pregnant because I was having back and hip pain. I cannot tell you how much better she made me feel. I went from being very uncomfortable to pain-free. I’m now 4 months postpartum and she is has been instrumental in my c-section recovery. She’s so kind and flexible too, when I have to bring my baby to appointments she takes it in stride and is so sweet with him.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cole @ CC's Physical Therapy. For over 3 years I was in severe pain from what doctors told me was a pinched nerve in my back. After trying many other treatment options and spending thousands of dollars, I found relief and improvement from dry needling with Cole. He took the time to listen and get to the root of the problem. This treatment gave me the most pain relief I have had in over 3 years. I was on the fence about trying another treatment option due to so many others failing, but I am blown away by the results! I was suffering with shoulder pain and made an appointment to see Dr Cole Muller. Cole didn’t stop with the shoulder, he worked further “upstream” to find the underlying problem fixed my shoulder by working my neck. I highly recommend Dr Cole and the rest of the staff at CC’s Physical Therapy

I absolutely Love CC’s Physical Therapy. I have been seeing Cole for over a year and he has helped me so much! And he’s been very gracious when i fail to be disciplined in doing my own exercises, yet always encourages me in such a gentle way that i admire. The front desk staff always greets me by name when i walk in and acknowledge me when i leave. They make me feel very welcome and loved. I have been seeing Sarah for massage and she works wonders on my body! I brought my son to the block party for his birthday and we had the most fun! My experience with CC’s has been nothing short of amazing! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They are very personal and show genuine care and concern for their patients. My teenage volleyball player has struggled with bad ankles for the past 4-5 years. We’ve tried multiple brands of ankle braces, KT tape, taping, EVERYTHING! She had daily ankle pain to the point where she was constantly suffering. Someone recommended that we try CC’s and we are so glad we did. My daughter doesn’t struggle nearly as much as she was. The skill level of every therapist is phenomenal, and the autonomy each therapist has allows them to take as much time as needed to properly diagnose and thoroughly treat each patient. Fantastic group of therapists! I've seen several of them for different issues over the years and they are all super caring and knowledgeable! I feel like they stay abrest the most up to date information and utilize this effectively in practice. I always leave feeling empowered to improve my health and have had good relief.

My health care provider referred me to CC's Physical Therapy [specifically to April for my particular condition]. Upon entering the facility, it was clean & comfortable and the office staff were very efficient and friendly. April was energetic, professional, and personable; she cared for me as a person - not as "just another patient" - she answered all my questions and gave detailed information. I pulled a muscle in the lower left back which made it almost impossible to move and sit down or stand up. Decided to schedule an appointment with CC's Physical Therapy. After only 2 treatments which consisted of dry needles and deep tissue massage, my range of mobility has improved considerably and the pain is gone almost entirely away. I am very happy with the quality of the treatment I have received from CC's Physical Therapy.
